Chataa is owned and operated by Novara Tech, a registered company. We handle personal information responsibly and in line with POPIA, and only store what is needed to help businesses manage bookings, services, and customer conversations.

This can include client names, phone numbers, booking details, and related payment information needed to run the service. Business owners remain responsible for how customer information is collected and used in their booking flow.

We use cookies to keep sessions secure, remember language preferences, and understand basic website usage. Optional cookies are only used when you consent.
