Chataa Partner Network

Partner Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 2, 2026

These terms govern participation in the Chataa Partner Network. By registering as an affiliate or using a Chataa partner referral link or code, you agree to these terms in addition to Chataa's general terms of service.

1. Eligibility and account setup

The Chataa Partner Network is designed for individuals and businesses who refer legitimate business customers to Chataa.

  • Joining the programme is free.
  • You must provide accurate signup, contact, and payout information and keep it up to date.
  • Chataa may request email verification, identity clarification, or payout detail confirmation before allowing access or sending payment.
  • If you join using an existing Chataa business account, your affiliate profile may be linked to that account and may reuse your current referral code.

2. Referral attribution

Chataa attributes a referred business when that business signs up through your partner link or enters your referral code during signup.

  • A referral is only tracked when Chataa can successfully match the signup to your partner profile.
  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake signups, and any attempt to manipulate attribution are not allowed.
  • If two partners claim the same referred business, Chataa's tracking records and internal decision will determine attribution.
  • A referred business must be a genuine business customer that uses Chataa in line with the platform's own terms.

3. Commission rules

Partner commissions in this first version are based on successful subscription payments made by eligible referred businesses.

  • The standard commission is 25% of each eligible successful subscription payment received by Chataa from the referred business.
  • Commission does not appear at signup alone. It begins only after the referred business successfully pays for a Chataa subscription.
  • Commissions can continue for up to six successful subscription payment cycles per referred business.
  • If the referred business unsubscribes, is refunded, reverses payment, is charged back, is suspended, or otherwise becomes ineligible before that cycle completes, the related commission may be cancelled or may not be earned.
  • Trial periods, unpaid accounts, internal test accounts, fraudulent accounts, and non-subscription payments do not generate commission.

4. Payout timing and method

Chataa pays partner commissions manually by EFT in batches after the commission clears the platform's hold and review process.

  • Each commission is subject to a 14-day hold before it becomes eligible for payout.
  • Eligible commissions move into the next available payout batch, which in version one is scheduled twice per month on the 10th and the 25th.
  • If a commission becomes eligible after a batch cutoff, it rolls into the following batch instead of being paid immediately.
  • You must submit valid payout details before Chataa can send EFT payment.
  • Chataa may require internal approval before a batch is marked ready and paid.
  • After Chataa marks a payout as sent, please allow 2 to 3 business days for the EFT to reflect.

5. Programme changes

Chataa may improve, pause, or change the Partner Network as the programme evolves.

  • Chataa may update commission rates, batch timing, eligibility rules, or payout processes for future activity.
  • Chataa may add new controls, verification steps, or operational rules to protect the programme.
  • Updated terms will apply from the effective date published on this page unless local law requires a different process.

6. Suspension, removal, and withheld payouts

Chataa may suspend a partner account, withhold a payout, or remove a referral where there is risk, abuse, or missing information.

  • This includes suspected fraud, spam, misleading promotion, self-referral abuse, fake businesses, invalid banking details, sanctions concerns, or disputes about ownership of an account.
  • Chataa may decline, reverse, or cancel commission where the underlying customer payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or found to be invalid.
  • If an affiliate account is closed, Chataa may still review unpaid commissions before deciding whether they remain payable.

7. Responsibility and limitations

The Partner Network is intended as a referral programme, not as employment, agency, or a guaranteed source of income.

  • You are responsible for your own tax, reporting, and banking compliance obligations.
  • Chataa does not guarantee any minimum earnings, payout volume, conversion rate, or signup volume.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chataa is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or delayed payouts caused by verification, banking delays, fraud checks, or payment reversals.
